Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle cash, card, and online payments
Issue invoices and receipts to customers
Maintain daily cash records and closing
Record financial transactions in accounting system
Perform bank and cash reconciliation
Maintain accounts receivable and payable
Follow up outstanding payments
Assist in monthly accounts closing
Support VAT documentation and filing
Maintain proper financial records and documents
Report discrepancies to management
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Commerce or related field
Basic accounting knowledge
Familiarity with Excel or accounting software
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
