Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle the walk-in customers in the reception and provide them with the details of the activities. • Approach corporate companies to conduct corporate events in Go Gravity. • Collaborate with tourism companies to promote offers and bringing in new customers. • Check the enquiry emails and provide detailed replies. • Attend the enquiry calls and then provide with information about the activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Languages: English, Arabic (Preferred)

  • Basic IT skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

  • Good communication skills

  • Team collaboration

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in Email and Phone etiquette.
