Cashier cum Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Take and confirm customer orders politely.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change as required.
• Greet and assist guests, ensuring excellent service.
• Handle takeaway and phone orders when needed.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare daily sales reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
• Coordinate smoothly with kitchen and service staff.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow company policies on cash handling and customer service.

Supervisory Duties:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during shift.
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff.
• Maintain service quality and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Monitor staff performance and report to management.
• Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and opening/closing duties.
• Check inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen when required.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and cash handling protocols.

Requirements:

• Indian Muslim nationality preferred.
• Must be fluent in Hindi.
• Prior experience in a restaurant or as a cashier is a plus.
• Good communication and basic math skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Only candidates currently available in the UAE will be considered.
