Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role:
- Open and close the cash register according to the establishment's procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy of cash receipts and avoid billing errors.
- Present the bill to customers courteously and professionally.
- Manage requests or disputes related to billing.
- Ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer departure.
- Prepare daily cash reports.
- Perform cash closings and reconciliations.
- Forward the financial documents to the accounting department.
- Report any anomalies or discrepancies in the cash register.
Qualifications
- Good command of cash register and invoicing operations.
- Rigour, honesty and a sense of responsibility.
- Customer service skills and courtesy.
- Organization and precision.
Additional information
- First experience in the restaurant industry, ideally in a high-end establishment.
- Fluency in French (English is an asset).
