Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle customer enquiries, billing, and payments in line with restaurant policies and procedures.
  • Greet customers promptly and courteously.
  • Process cash, credit, check, vouchers, and automatic debit payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change as required.
  • Follow SOPs for discounts, complimentary items, voids, and all transactions.
  • Maintain accurate opening and closing balances, keeping the cash register clean and organized.
  • Report any issues during shifts and document in the handover logbook.
  • Assist the team during peak and idle periods, supporting service when needed.
  • Participate in departmental briefings and foster open team communication.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

At least high school diploma
Good communication skills in English
In-depth knowledge of operating cash register and maintaining cash drawer
Well versed in performing monetary transactions such as giving and receiving change
Basic Computer knowledge. (Recommended to have previous experience in any software)
Customer oriented with a positive attitude and smiling face.
Positive and energy level
Highly cooperative team spirit
Ability to work in a high stress, faced-paced environment
Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently
