KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers warmly and respond to inquiries professionally
Operate the POS system efficiently to process food orders, take payments, and issue receipts
Handle cash and card transactions accurately; balance cash drawer at the start and end of shifts
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure timely order processing
Report discrepancies or cash shortages immediately to the manager
Promote offers and combo meals as directed by management
Handle take-away and delivery orders accurately and efficiently
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
Assist with light administrative tasks such as restocking supplies or preparing end-of-day reports
