Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere by providing attentive service from the moment they arrive.
  • Take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen, ensuring special requests are noted and accommodated.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that each dish is presented beautifully and meets the restaurant's standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience and swift resolution of issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or food safety is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, showcasing strong customer service skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is preferred to cater to diverse clientele.
  • Strong numerical skills to handle cash transactions and maintain financial accuracy.
