About The Role

As a Cashier, you will be responsible for all cash and credit card transactions for sales at the Lost Chambers providing a friendly and informative service about the resort. You will also be involved in promoting the education and conservation efforts of the aquarium.

About You

As a Cashier, you will enjoy dealing with a variety of guests, representing the Lost Chambers as the first point of contact for the aquarium. You will have prior experience working under pressure within a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle a high volume of transactions for ticket sales. You will be customer service focused, friendly with a willingness to always assist guests with queries.

To be successful in this role, you need to have a previous experience handling payments along with upselling. Additionally, you will need to be familiar with the Galaxy system.
