Job Description

· Implement and enforce purchasing processes and inventory control.

· Maintain spend/volume reports on key components to enable volume negotiation.

· Maintain all purchasing records and documents and work with accounting to resolve invoice discrepancies.

· Manage the start-up process for new suppliers.

· Manages procurement POs, supply agreements, and delivery schedules.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering

· Experience in HVAC is a must ,preferably dealing in OEM brand.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

· Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing HVAC and certifications required as per the market regulations

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
