Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise all catering events from inquiry to execution.
Meet with clients to understand their requirements, budgets, and event expectations.
Prepare catering proposals, contracts, and cost estimations.
Coordinate with kitchen, service staff, suppliers, and logistics teams.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards meet company expectations.
Manage event staffing schedules and supervise on-site teams.
Monitor inventory, equipment, and catering supplies.
Control budgets and ensure profitability of each event.
Handle client feedback and resolve any issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
Minimum 7 10 years of experience in catering or F&B management.
Strong knowledge of event planning and banquet operations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in MS Office and event management systems.
