Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Catering Manager to oversee catering operations, manage client requirements, coordinate events, and ensure smooth execution from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication skills, and experience in catering sales and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end catering operations for corporate and private events.
- Coordinate with kitchen and production teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
- Handle client inquiries, event requirements, and customized requests.
- Prepare catering proposals, quotations, and event plans.
- Conduct site visits and ensure proper event setup and execution.
- Manage catering staff (service team, supervisors, drivers) and ensure operational readiness.
- Ensure quality standards in service, food presentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor event schedules, logistics, transportation, and delivery accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain client relationships and support business growth through repeat business.
- Prepare reports on catering performance, event outcomes, and improvements.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in catering/event operations.
- Experience in corporate catering and large-scale events is a plus.
