Roles & Responsibilities
The role involves managing large-scale catering services, ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and client satisfaction while operating in challenging environments.
Role & responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end catering operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standard
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and cost efficiency
- Manage catering staff, including chefs, stewards, and support teams
- Maintain inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree / Diploma in relevant field
- Certification in Food Safety / HACCP preferred
- 510 years of experience in Oil and Gas sector
- Experience managing large teams and high-volume food production
