Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Surveillance Monitoring: Continuously monitor live surveillance feeds from CCTV cameras across the property, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking lots, and other key locations.
- Incident Detection: Identify suspicious activities or security breaches, and report them promptly to the Security Manager and other relevant authorities.
- Incident Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all incidents observed through the CCTV system. Prepare and submit reports to management when necessary.
- Security Assistance: Support the security team in responding to incidents, providing real-time video footage and other relevant information to assist in decision-making.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all CCTV equipment is in good working condition. Report any malfunctions or issues with the surveillance system to the appropriate personnel for repair.
- Video Playback: Retrieve recorded footage upon request, either for investigation purposes or for guests or staff inquiries, while adhering to data protection and confidentiality policies.
- Collaboration with Security Team: Coordinate with other members of the security team to ensure comprehensive security coverage, especially during high-traffic times or events.
- Access Control Support: Assist with access control procedures by monitoring and reporting on any unauthorized access attempts or breaches.
- Compliance with Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures related to surveillance monitoring, data protection, and security protocols.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies or security situations by providing timely visual information to assist security personnel in managing the situation.
Desired Candidate Profile
High School diploma or equivalent; any certification or training in security operations or CCTV surveillance is a plus.
