Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare, bake, and decorate bakery and pastry items as per recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery and pastry section.
- Supervise and guide junior staff in daily production.
- Ensure consistency, portion control, and presentation of bakery and pastry products.
- Coordinate with the Head Chef to plan menu items and meet guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years working as a CDP in a 5-star property or fine dining restaurant, with strong bakery and pastry knowledge.
- Excellent English communication skills.
