Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, bake, and decorate bakery and pastry items as per recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery and pastry section.
  • Supervise and guide junior staff in daily production.
  • Ensure consistency, portion control, and presentation of bakery and pastry products.
  • Coordinate with the Head Chef to plan menu items and meet guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years working as a CDP in a 5-star property or fine dining restaurant, with strong bakery and pastry knowledge.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
