Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement the company's strategic plan, setting goals for growth, market share, and profitability.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets or service offerings.
Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective project execution, resource allocation, and quality control.
Financial Management:
Manage the company's budget, financial performance, and reporting, ensuring profitability and financial stability.
Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and develop the company's management team and employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure the company adheres to all relevant Saudi Arabian laws and regulations, including labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Effectively communicate with the board of directors, shareholders, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on the company's performance and strategic direction.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate potential risks to the company's operations and financial performance.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt the company's strategy accordingly.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.MBA is very much encouraged
• Extensive experience in the construction or painting industry, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian business environment and regulatory landscape.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Experience in strategic planning and business development.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Specific to the Painting Industry:
• Knowledge of different painting techniques, materials, and quality standards.
• Experience in managing painting projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Ability to source and manage painting materials and equipment.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations related to painting work.
