Roles & Responsibilities

We're looking for a Personal Assistant to provide executive support to the CEO, managing schedules, communication, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO s calendar and appointments.
- Handle correspondence and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
