Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and initiatives to support user adoption of Oracle Fusion ERP and CRM.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, identify change impacts, and develop communication plans tailored to different audiences.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs, workshops, and user readiness activities.
  • Monitor user feedback, adoption metrics, and resistance patterns, and implement corrective actions to address challenges.
  • Collaborate with project teams, functional leads, and senior management to ensure change initiatives are aligned with project goals.
  • Maintain change management documentation, including impact assessments, readiness reports, and communication logs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or user adoption initiatives.
  • Proficiency in change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar methodologies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience facilitating training sessions and workshops for end-users and administrators.
  • Ability to analyze adoption metrics and implement corrective actions.
  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (Oracle Fusion preferred) is an advantage.
