Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Professional to manage and grow our cybersecurity business through partners and resellers in the UAE and broader Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT security sales, excellent partner relationship skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets through the channel ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with channel partners, system integrators, and resellers.
  • Promote and position cybersecurity solutions from RAS Infotechs vendor portfolio.
  • Identify, recruit, and enable new partners to expand market coverage.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Work closely with vendors for joint sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and events.
  • Support partners with product training, deal registration, and presales coordination.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3 7 years of proven channel sales experience in the IT or Cybersecurity domain in the UAE/GCC region.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies (e.g., endpoint security, network security, cloud security, data protection, threat intelligence).
  • Existing network of channel partners and resellers in the UAE market is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
