Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for western qualified and experienced Charge Nurse - Neonatal ICU, to join our client in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

The hospital complex is the most modern medical institution among the Armed Forces Medical Service Hospitals with 350 bed capacity and serves military beneficiaries, their dependents, hospital employees and other beneficiaries in the Eastern Province. The hospital has 2,973 employees and it is a tertiary care hospital provides the full continuum of health services.

Benefits Include:

Worksite: Eastern Region – Dhahran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Transportation facility will be provided to the worker / employer from residence to workplace / vice versa.

35 days annual leave – Nursing Specialist

Paid leaves (Annual / Medical etc.) Plus Additional leaves (Holidays) will be provided to the worker/employee as per Employment Contract.

Free Fully-Furnished Housing Accommodation with basic appliances will be provided to the worker/employer.

Visa / Iqama (Resident Permit) will be provided to the worker / employee at the cost of Employer.

Tax-Free Salary

Mobilization Air Ticket from Point of Origin will be provided.

Free Medical will be provided to the worker / employee during the Employment (as per Employment contract).

The initial/first contract will have a duration of one (1) year and may be renewed annually.

Round-trip ticket and a visa (annual vacation)

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Nursing (distance learning not accepted)

Valid professional nursing license in the country of origin

Nursing Specialist or higher registration with Saudi Council.

More than two (2) years recent clinical nursing experience in the relevant unit/department + at least one (1) year in-charge experience.

BLS/ACLS/NRP or relevant certification

Preferably with experience and knowledge in JCIA, CBAHI & Magnet accreditation.
