Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and compliance functions. The role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial performance analysis, regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Analyze business performance, prepare variance analysis, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Partner with business teams to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal controls.
• Oversee financial audits, tax compliance, and regulatory filings.
• Strengthen financial policies, SOPs, and risk management frameworks.
• Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor the finance team and drive performance excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and governance.
• Support leadership in strategic planning and decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant / CPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• 10 15 years of experience in FP&A and financial compliance.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience handling audits and regulatory compliance.
