Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finalization:

• Independently handle end-to-end accounting processes
• Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow statements
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
• Manage general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations

Compliance & Taxation:

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act
• Handle GST filings, returns, and reconciliations
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory norms

Financial Control & Reporting:

• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management
• Monitor expenses, cost control, and variance analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data

Audit & Coordination:

• Liaise with internal and external auditors
• Handle audit queries and ensure timely closure
• Maintain audit-ready financial records

Process Improvement:

• Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
• Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvement
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and best practices

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
• Ability to independently finalize Balance Sheet
• Expertise in GST, TDS, and taxation
• Experience in manufacturing accounting (inventory, costing preferred)
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally) and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
