Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, examine and analyze financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations

  • Preferably Quickbooks expert

  • International incoterms knowledge

  • Preferably male candidate

  • Manage accounts receivable & payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements

  • Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax and legal requirements.

  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

  • Prepare tax return filings and ensure timely submission of required documents

  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information

  • Assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation and supporting the audit process

  • Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and accounting principles especially with the taxation in the UAE
