Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare, examine and analyze financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Preferably Quickbooks expert
International incoterms knowledge
Preferably male candidate
Manage accounts receivable & payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements
Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax and legal requirements.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Prepare tax return filings and ensure timely submission of required documents
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
Assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation and supporting the audit process
Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and accounting principles especially with the taxation in the UAE
