Chartering Manager

You will negotiate and finalize charter agreements, build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and ship owners, and ensure the fleet operates efficiently. Your market expertise will play a key role in enhancing profitability and optimizing vessel utilization.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A minimum of 1 years experience as a Chartering Manager or Ship Broker, specifically in dry bulk vessels.
• Strong cargo connections and an established network within the dry bulk industry.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and drive results.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
