Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food items as per menu specifications and quality standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Assist in menu planning and daily specials.
  • Coordinate with service staff for timely order delivery.

Cashier Responsibilities:

  • Handle billing and cash transactions using POS systems accurately.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers as needed.
  • Maintain cash register and daily sales reports.

  • Ensure cash security and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a chef or cook, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting.
  • Basic accounting or cashiering skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
