Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

Your responsibilities will include overseeing all culinary operations at the hotel:

  • Design, create and renew menus and wine lists in accordance with the establishment's identity and gastronomic trends.
  • Supervise and motivate a team composed of section chefs, commis chefs and apprentices
  • Ensuring consistent quality of food served at different points of sale
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
  • G rer les budgets allou s (Co t mati res premi res, Food Cost....)
  • Actively participate in the training, skills development and retention of teams
  • Collaborating closely with other departments
  • Representing the hotel's cuisine at events, partnerships and communication activities

Qualifications

Diploma in culinary arts or equivalent

Proven experience (minimum 5-8 years) as an Executive Chef or Head Chef.

Excellent team management and organizational skills.

Creativity, rigor and a passion for high-end gastronomy

Mastery of international catering and hygiene standards (HACCP)

Good level of French required
