Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Requirements:
Currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef within an independent coffee shop or caf in the UAE
Strong understanding of current food trends and high-demand caf dishes
Proven experience with ordering, supplier management, and procurement
Ability to create and execute a menu suited to a very limited kitchen setup
Well-connected with reliable local suppliers
Hands-on experience with menu development and costing
Strong knowledge of cost control, stock management, and inventory
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
