Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate strategic projects aimed at strengthening the visibility and influence of the EY brand in Tunisia and internationally, in alignment with the firm's global strategy.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, plan and execute multi-channel marketing and communication campaigns.
  • Coordinate projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (local and international).
  • Carry out market research, competitive intelligence and sector benchmarks.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (KPI, ROI, etc.).
  • Guarantee the quality of deliverables, respect for deadlines and budgets.
  • Manage and operate marketing databases and CRM tools.
  • Contribute to the content strategy and employer brand management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree in marketing, communication or equivalent.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in marketing project management, ideally in an international environment or in a consulting firm.
  • Mastery of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEA, social networks, automation, analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Sense of organization, rigor, team spirit and orientation to results.
  • Proficiency in English is an important asset.
