Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Marketing Leadership
    Develop and execute the MEA marketing strategy aligned with global objectives.
    Lead brand building, product positioning, and market penetration campaigns across diverse geographies.
  • Market & Consumer Insights
    Deeply understand MEA market dynamics, consumer behavior, and seasonal purchase patterns (e.g., cooling demand cycles, festive shopping seasons).
    Translate insights into effective go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
  • B2C Marketing
    Drive end-consumer brand awareness, digital marketing campaigns, retail promotions, and product launches.
    Manage partnerships with retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms to maximize visibility.
  • B2B Marketing
    Build strong engagement programs for corporates, real estate developers, contractors, and channel partners.
    Support sales teams with impactful product presentations, case studies, and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Product & Portfolio Management
    Collaborate with global product teams to adapt offerings to regional needs.
    Plan localized campaigns that resonate with MEA consumers and business clients.
  • Team Leadership
    Lead and inspire a multi-country marketing team across MEA.
    Build local capability in digital, trade marketing, and communications.
  • Budget & ROI Management
    Manage and optimize regional marketing budgets.
    Ensure measurable impact and return on marketing investments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10–15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Home Appliances / Air Conditioning / Consumer Durables industry.
  • Proven expertise in both B2C and B2B marketing within MEA.
  • Strong knowledge of seasonal sales cycles, cultural nuances, and regional consumer preferences.
  • Experience in retail, trade, e-commerce, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with execution excellence.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Based in Dubai, with willingness to travel across MEA markets.
