Roles & Responsibilities
You are an ambassador for the Restaurant and Service, which are the emblems of our Food & Beverage experience. Your kindness, your particular attention, and your knowledge of our offerings make our clients a unique clientele. Ability to analyze the client's needs, maintain a professional posture in all circumstances. Good interpersonal communication and conflict management skills. Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. Ability to work in a team. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the service. You will ensure for each client, a unique, personalized and warm service and experience. Whether you work in the morning and at noon or in the evening, you will be responsible for preparing and organizing services through mise en place and office tasks, welcoming clients, and then participating in the service. You offer a warm, personalized welcome to the client and pay them constant attention. Excellent knowledge of your menu, you take orders by advising your clients as best as possible, ensure their service and payment.
Desired Candidate Profile
You have experience in luxury hotels or restaurants, an environment whose codes you master, you have already held a similar position, you speak fluent English, you are recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills with all your contacts and have a sense of customer service. Proactive and full of initiative, you know how to work effectively in a team. Adaptability, dynamism, organization and rigor.
