Roles & Responsibilities
You are an ambassador for the Catering and Service that are the hallmarks of our Food & Beverage experience. Your kindness, your special attention, and your knowledge of our offerings make our customers feel unique.
- Ability to analyze client needs and maintain a professional demeanor in all circumstances
- Good interpersonal communication and conflict management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Ability to work in a team
- You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the service.
- You will ensure a unique, personalized and warm service and experience for each customer.
- Whether you work mornings and noon or evenings, you will be required to prepare and organize services by setting up and performing office tasks, welcoming customers, and then participating in the service.
- You offer a warm, personalized welcome to the customer and give them constant attention.
- As an excellent connoisseur of your card, you take orders, advise your customers as best as possible, ensure their service and payment.
Desired Candidate Profile
You have experience in luxury hotels or restaurants, a world whose codes you understand, and you have already held a similar position.
- You are fluent in English,
- You are known for your excellent interpersonal skills with all your contacts and have a strong sense of customer service.
- You are proactive and a strong advocate for new ideas, and you know how to work effectively in a team.
- Adaptability, dynamism, organization and rigor.
