Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Chef Executive
Your responsibilities will include overseeing all culinary operations at the hotel:
- Design, create and renew menus and wine lists in accordance with the establishment's identity and gastronomic trends.
- Supervise and motivate a team composed of section chefs, commis chefs and apprentices
- Ensuring consistent quality of food served at different points of sale
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

- Actively participate in the training, skills development and retention of teams
- Collaborating closely with other departments
- Representing the hotel's cuisine at events, partnerships and communication activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma in culinary arts or equivalent
Proven experience (minimum 5-8 years) as an Executive Chef or Head Chef.
Excellent team management and organizational skills.
Creativity, rigor and a passion for high-end gastronomy
Mastery of international catering and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Good level of French required
