Job Specification

A High-Net-Worth Royalty client is looking for a Chef; master the art of Teppanyaki, Asian Fusioncuisine, equipped with skills and talent in preparing traditional dishes, developing innovative recipes, and ensuring food quality. Responsibilities encompass, creating a menu at the owner preference, selecting and sourcing ingredients, managing the kitchen, and maintaining culinary standards.

Responsibilities

Create Asian Fusion dishes using traditional recipes and techniques.

Plan and develop menus, considering the owner and his family preference.

Ensure all dishes are prepared and cooked to a high standard, following food safety and hygiene regulations.

Manage and train kitchen staff, including delegating tasks and ensuring they work efficiently and effectively.

Order and maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and required equipment.

Stay up to date with current culinary trends and techniques and incorporate them into menu development as appropriate.

Travel from time with the owner and his family to various properties around the world.

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills Requirements

Expertise in Teppanyaki & Asian Fusion cuisine, including knowledge of traditional ingredients and cooking techniques.

Experience working in a Up-market restaurant, elite catering or hospitality.

Creativity and innovation in menu planning, with the ability to develop new and exciting dishes that showcase TJapanese & Asian flavors and ingredients.

Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation, with the ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other chefs, kitchen staff, owner and his family.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the owner and his family.
