Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily food production and ensure consistency in quality and presentation.
Prepare and develop a variety of appetizers, with a focus on Arabic and Eastern appetizers.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and kitchen organization.
Supervise kitchen operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Contribute to menu development and continuous improvement of appetizer offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a chef, preferably with specialization or strong background in appetizers, especially Arabic/Eastern appetizers.
Strong hands-on experience in food preparation and kitchen operations.
Ability to manage daily production and work under pressure.
