Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily food production and ensure consistency in quality and presentation.

  • Prepare and develop a variety of appetizers, with a focus on Arabic and Eastern appetizers.

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and kitchen organization.

  • Supervise kitchen operations and ensure efficient workflow.

  • Contribute to menu development and continuous improvement of appetizer offerings.


Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Proven experience as a chef, preferably with specialization or strong background in appetizers, especially Arabic/Eastern appetizers.

  2. Strong hands-on experience in food preparation and kitchen operations.

  3. Ability to manage daily production and work under pressure.
