Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation and analysis, providing insights to management.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks, ensuring data integrity.
- Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment, and providing professional development.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Possesses a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry is highly preferred.
