Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, test, and optimize liquid formulations for agricultural applications (fertilizers, agro-inputs, liquid solutions)
Conduct laboratory experiments, formulation trials, and performance testing
Monitor and improve stability, compatibility, and quality of liquid products
Support and optimize manufacturing and mixing processes
Perform quality control checks and maintain formulation documentation
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Troubleshoot formulation or production issues and propose technical solutions
Collaborate with production, operations, and management teams
Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate formulation records
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
Proven experience with liquid formulations, preferably in agriculture or agrochemicals
Strong laboratory skills and hands-on experience with chemical testing
Solid understanding of process engineering and unit operations
Knowledge of quality control, safety procedures, and material handling
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-based environment
Experience with liquid fertilizers or agricultural formulations is an advantage
