Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative and marketable cosmetic and body care formulations, ensuring product efficacy and safety.
  • Conduct thorough testing of raw materials and finished products, adhering to strict quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot formulation issues and implement corrective actions, optimizing product stability and performance.
  • Research and evaluate new ingredients and technologies, staying abreast of industry trends to inform product development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
  • Possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience in cosmetic or personal care product formulation.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients, their properties, and interactions.
  • Proficient in using laboratory equipment and analytical techniques relevant to cosmetic formulation.
