Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the formulation of innovative personal care products, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer needs.
  • Conduct thorough research on raw materials, evaluating their performance, safety, and compatibility within formulations.
  • Oversee and execute laboratory experiments, meticulously documenting procedures and results to maintain accurate records.
  • Troubleshoot formulation challenges, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to maintain product integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Master's or Doctoral degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field, providing a strong scientific foundation.
  • Holds a minimum of 5 years of experience in personal care product development, demonstrating practical expertise in formulation.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in cosmetic raw materials, including surfactants, emollients, and preservatives, enabling informed ingredient selection.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of cosmetic regulations, ensuring compliance with global standards and safety guidelines.
