Lead, manage, and oversee the accounting team, ensuring high performance and continuous development

Conduct and organize necessary training to keep the team s skills and accounting knowledge up to date

Ensure all required accounting and financial documents are properly requested, collected, compiled, and maintained

Oversee payroll processing and the preparation and submission of income tax and VAT filings

Proactively identify, assess, and resolve potential compliance and regulatory issues

Review and control all daily accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards

Prepare monthly management reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

Manage and ensure smooth monthly, periodic, and year-end closing processes within established deadlines

Take full ownership of the closing process, including applying and monitoring closing checklists to ensure a fair and accurate set of accounts

Maintain highly organized, complete, and up-to-date accounting and client files

Collaborate closely with other departments to support business objectives and shared goals

Provide regular financial insights and reports directly to the CEO
