Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client at OUTSOURCY, a leading Retail & F&B group in Tripoli, Libya, is currently seeking a Chief Accountant to join their team.

Employment Type: Full-time
Days Off: One day per week
Benefits: Company-provided accommodation (single or family), round-trip flight tickets to/from Libya, full travel expense coverage, medical insurance, and transportation.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Fluent in English

Desired Candidate Profile
