Foster strong engagement and collaboration across internal teams and external partners.

Oversee planning, execution, and operation of the full real estate portfolio, mixed-use developments, and infrastructure projects to achieve optimal financial returns.

Build and maintain relationships with internal departments (Technical, Design, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Legal, Investment) and external stakeholders (strategic partners, developers, investors, consultants).

Define, implement, and optimize project organizational structures to ensure effective communication, resource allocation, and accountability.

Lead the preparation of development briefs for all projects, translating masterplans and market intelligence into actionable development parameters.

Drive product definition and positioning strategies to ensure market relevance, brand differentiation, and alignment with business objectives.

Oversee strategic phasing plans for projects to optimize cash flow, market absorption, and investment attractiveness.

Develop funding strategies and deal structures for projects in collaboration with investment and finance teams to maximize returns.

Identify and deliver revenue-generating opportunities through asset monetization, joint ventures, partnerships, and innovative financing models.

Integrate design, engineering, construction, sales, and operations inputs into a cohesive development vision and delivery plan.

Drive the full project lifecycle with P&L accountability, ensuring all initiatives meet or exceed budget, schedule, and business plan targets.

Maintain strict control over project scope, timelines, budgets, and capital expenditure.

Ensure alignment of internal teams and external consultants to deliver on forecasted revenue, profit margins, and investment returns.

Oversee design reviews, value engineering, and approvals to ensure quality, efficiency, and commercial viability.

Partner with Investment and Finance teams to define financing strategies, capital allocation, and project funding structures.

Oversee preparation, monitoring, and consolidation of development budgets, ensuring cost discipline and early identification of performance gaps.

Implement robust financial tracking to measure project ROI, margins, and shareholder value creation.

Establish and enforce project control systems, policies, and operational frameworks that ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.

Lead identification and assessment of technical, commercial, political, and operational risks, with actionable mitigation plans.

Oversee implementation of enterprise-wide development governance frameworks to support transparency and accountability.

Promote a strong QHSE culture across all development and delivery teams.

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental legislation, standards, and certifications.

Oversee consultants, contractors, and project management teams to ensure safe, sustainable, and high-quality outcomes.

Deliver timely and accurate reports to executive leadership and board committees in line with best practices in corporate governance.

Ensure availability of comprehensive dashboards, MIS, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
