Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement enterprise project management strategies and policies.
- Setting up and running a centralized Enterprise PMO
- Governing strategic project portfolios across multiple sectors and geographies
- Driving end-to-end lifecycle control, not just reporting or dashboards
- Operating at both strategic and execution levels within large, complex organizations
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments, coordinating and tracking progress across legal, finance, funding, commercial, contractual, and delivery teams
- Ensure alignment with enterprise strategy, governance frameworks and performance objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
A successful Chief EPMO should have:
- A degree in project management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in the energy and natural resources industry, particularly within construction or EPC industry
- Strong leadership and organisational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- The ideal candidate will be highly operational, with hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle from strategic opportunity qualification and investment evaluation, through governance, stakeholder coordination, and portfolio oversight, to execution, delivery, and close-out.
