Role Summary
Teltonika, a global leader in IoT manufacturing and solutions, is seeking an experienced CEO to lead its Dubai-based operations. This is a strategic leadership role with full P&L responsibility for one of the fastest-growing offices in the Middle East region. The CEO will drive growth, ensure operational excellence, and align local strategies with global objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead business operations in UAE with full accountability for P&L, revenue targets, and profitability
* Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with Teltonika Group objectives
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial sustainability for local operations
* Build and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and high performance
* Implement efficient internal systems, training programs, and compliance frameworks
* Customize global strategies for the local market, addressing cultural and regulatory requirements
* Drive sales and cost optimization while ensuring quality and operational excellence
* Prepare quarterly performance reports with KPIs, risk analysis, and mitigation plans
* Represent the company in the local market, maintaining strong brand presence and stakeholder relationships
* Ensure compliance with national regulations and company policies in HR, finance, and operations

Qualifications & Requirements

* Minimum 4+ years in senior leadership roles with P&L accountability, ideally in IoT, tech, or related industries
* Strong understanding of corporate finance, business management, and operational processes
* Proven ability to navigate matrix organizations and execute group-wide initiatives locally
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, adaptable to multicultural environments
* Knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and business laws in UAE
* Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership style and commitment to ethical governance
* Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
