Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and visionary CEO to lead the strategic planning, business development, and operational management of our diversified business in the UAE. Our core business lines include functional beverages, building materials, Zero-KM Parallel Import vehicles, and air conditioners. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the entire import-to-sales process from China to the UAE.

This role requires extensive multi-category international trading experience, deep knowledge of China–UAE trade dynamics, and the leadership skills to expand market share and strengthen brand influence across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute mid-to-long-term strategies and annual business plans aligned with growth objectives.

Oversee import operations and market expansion for functional beverages, building materials, Zero-KM Parallel Import vehicles, and air conditioners.

Manage supplier negotiations, contracts, and long-term relationships with Chinese manufacturers and exporters.

Build and maintain robust local distribution networks, key accounts, wholesale channels, and large project clients in the UAE.

Optimize cross-border logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

Lead organizational development including team building, performance management, and incentive programs.

Represent the company with government bodies, industry associations, investors, and strategic partners.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to proactively adjust business strategies.
