Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Support executive leadership in capital allocation, investment planning, and expansion strategy.
• Provide financial insights for pricing models, project feasibility, and margin optimization.
• Oversee product costing (BOM costing, job costing, overhead allocation).
• Monitor production efficiency, variance analysis, and cost leakage.
• Manage inventory valuation, WIP reporting, and stock reconciliation.
• Implement strong cost-control systems across procurement and production.
• Lead full financial integration within Odoo ERP.
• Optimize Odoo modules including Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing (MRP), Sales, Purchase, Projects.
• Develop custom financial dashboards and KPIs.
• Ensure real-time reporting accuracy and ERP process compliance.
• Collaborate with IT team for Odoo enhancements and automation.
• Oversee cash flow management and working capital optimization.
• Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
• Lead audit processes and tax planning.
• Establish internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Build and lead the finance department.
• Develop SOPs and financial governance policies.
• Train operational teams on financial discipline and ERP best practices.
• Act as a strategic business partner to CEO and department heads.
