We are a leading organization based in Dubai, operating across the logistics,
shipping, and manufacturing sectors. Known for our commitment to innovation,
operational excellence, and strategic growth, we are looking to onboard a
seasoned financial leader to join our executive team and steer the financial
strategy of the company.

Position Overview:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for directing and
overseeing all financial activities of the company. This includes managing
financial planning and analysis, budgeting, trade finance, risk management,
treasury, and regulatory compliance. The CFO will play a critical role in
strategic decision-making and growth planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and analysis across the
organization.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financing strategies to support
business operations and expansion.

- Oversee trade finance operations including Letters of Credit (LCs), bank
guarantees, and import/export financing.

- Ensure full compliance with local and international accounting standards,
regulatory requirements, and tax laws.

- Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic initiatives, investment
opportunities, and M&A activities.

- Optimize financial performance through cost control, margin analysis, and
operational efficiency.

- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team.

- Manage relationships with financial institutions, external auditors, and
other key stakeholders.

- Drive digital transformation and automation within the finance function.

Key Qualifications:

Education:

Chartered Accountant (CA) or

MBA in Finance from a reputed institution

Experience:

- Minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience

- Strong exposure to trade finance and working capital management

- Prior experience in logistics, shipping, or manufacturing industries is
highly preferred

- Proven track record in managing large-scale financial operations, and driving
strategic financial planning
