Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The position would be part of the strategic leadership team of the organisation and be responsible for developing and executing the HR strategy for the organisation.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Pay range and compensation package: Would be in the range of 50-60k AED p.m.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Should have experience of at least 15 years in HR.
- Should have led HR function for medium / large scale organisations for at least 3-4 years.
- Should have significant experience in retail or FMCG industry - candidates with experience in other industries would not be considered.
- Experience in Middle East and International level is highly desirable.
- Should have good career stability.
- Should be less than 50 years of age
