Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, storage, and cloud environments.
- Manage and mentor the IT Infrastructure team, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to best practices.
- Oversee hybrid infrastructure environments (on-premises and public cloud) to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business strategy and digital transformation objectives.
- Establish and enforce policies for IT operations, disaster recovery, data backup, and business continuity.
- Collaborate with C-level executives and business leaders to align infrastructure initiatives with organizational priorities.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to hardware, software, and managed services.
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and relevant industry regulations.
- Lead infrastructure-related projects from planning to successful execution, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 10 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud) using Microsoft and AWS technologies.
- Relevant professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, ITIL, PMP, or similar.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and translating technical requirements into business outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the utilities or energy sector.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems integration, cybersecurity frameworks, and automation tools.
- Strong understanding of IT financial management and budgeting processes.
