Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate matters, partnerships, and business operations to support informed decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal agreements to protect the company s interests and ensure legal soundness.
• Identify, assess, and manage legal risks while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations across all departments.
• Oversee the development and enforcement of corporate governance structures and internal policies.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes affecting digital platforms and the F&B sector, advising the business on necessary adaptations.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and government authorities as needed to resolve legal matters and ensure alignment with legal obligations.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of expertise in legal advisory or corporate law, with a strong background in providing counsel on complex business matters.
• Deep knowledge of local laws, licensing procedures, and corporate governance frameworks to ensure full legal compliance.
• Preferred experience supporting businesses in the Food & Beverage or tech-enabled sectors, with familiarity in industry-specific legal challenges.
• Proficient in contract negotiation and drafting, commercial and corporate law, IP rights, and data privacy regulations.
• Skilled in legal risk assessment, offering strategic guidance, and managing communications with internal stakeholders, regulators, and external legal partners.
