Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Cos drives clarity, structure, and operational discipline. They oversee project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure MKC s workflows run with corporate precision. This role suits someone with a consulting/operations background who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast- paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert founder directives into actionable project plans and timelines.
- Lead operations: SOP creation, workflow structuring, meeting cadence.
- Manage execution across multiple ongoing projects
- Produce high-level documentation: reports, presentations, roadmaps.
- Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Finance, and Technical teams.
- Ensure deadlines are met and escalate risks proactively.
- Prepare weekly performance dashboards and operations reports.
Able to configure KPIs, performance dashboards, and automated follow-ups.
Strong ability to manage multi-vertical workflows through Zoho.

This is a mission-critical leadership role responsible for turning strategy into structured execution across all MKC verticals: Agricultural Consulting, SME Business Development, and Regional Market Projects.
Requirements
- Strong AI productivity skills (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity)
- Ability to integrate AI into workflow for automation, reporting, research, and content generation
- 5 10 years in Operations, PMO, Strategy, or Consulting.
- Exceptional communication and structured-writing skills.
- Strong analytical and project-management capabilities.
- Ability to operate with autonomy and high accountability.
- High attention to detail absolutely non-negotiable.
- Capable of building organization-wide SOPs inside Zoho Projects.
