Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement.
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors
- Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring need
- Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
- Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of operations leadership experience in logistics, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms.
- Experience operating within Saudi regulatory frameworks.
- Proven success scaling multi-city delivery operations in KSA or GCC.
- Strong understanding of last-mile logistics workforce management.
- Arabic & English fluency preferred.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is an advantage.
